Kristen Schwartz is a board-certified physician assistant with
a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Psychiatry. Raised in St. Petersburg, FL, she earned her Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. After graduation, Kristen worked in ophthalmology until pursuing her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University. Her dedication to working in psychiatry solidified while on rotations and she started her career in outpatient psychiatry shortly after graduation. Kristen strives to provide empathetic and evidence-based care to all her patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and her 2 cats, Apricot and Ernie.
